JD Machine Quality Manual
This document was created as the company's policy document for implementing ISO, AS9100, and TS16949 standard requirements. It is the highest level document governing the quality management system. This document will be used by all company management to assist them in developing their procedures in alignment with all requirements. In addition, it will be used by any external auditors to help them understand how the company meets the standard requirements. The techniques used for developing the quality manual were collaborative meetings with executive management to determine the most effiicient methods for process implementation.

Process Improvement Training
This training presentation was used for a two week, in-house Six Sigma training class. The audience was the potential Six Sigma green belt candidates. The techniques used for developing the training included reviewing the text books and meeting regularly with the senior Six Sigma Master belts for guidance. A formal peer review was conducted prior to implementation.

Audit Criteria Training
This training presentation was used for a forty hour audit training class. The audience was the internal quailty audit team. The techniques used for developing the training included reviewing training material from several audit text books, professional journals, and personal experience. A formal peer review was conducted prior to implementation.

Internal Quality Audit Report
This audit report was used to report to department management the results of an internal audit. Management will use the report to determine the compliance of their department documentation and implementation. The report was written using the audit team template.
