I have twenty five years of progressive experience as a quality and process manager in engineering and manufacturing environments. My areas of expertise are implementation of ISO9000 and AS9100 standards, auditing, developing corrective action systems and quality tools, process improvement, CMMI, team training.

Software Engineering Group – Hill Air Force Base, Utah
Process/Quality Manager: Responsible for managing the team that is developing and implementing the processes and systems needed to obtain and maintain a CMMI level 5 quality rating. I currently manage a team of five engineers and oversee four process action teams.

Skills and Abilities
I am a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an RAB Certified AS9100 Lead Assessor. I am knowledgeable in CMMI, the Rational Suite of Tools, Remedy Databases, Corrective Action Systems, Advanced Quality Assurance Techniques, and Quality Auditing.

Background/Interests
I was born in Michigan and moved to Utah in 1979. My favorite hobbies are reading, gardening, and bird-watching. I also enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. My goals include completing my Bachelor’s and my Master’s degrees.
